General Informations

Wirmax.net, a brand owned by Selit srl, is a B2B Ecommerce reserved for Companies and Professionals with VAT number.
Selit srl has been an active company since 2000 and Wirmax.net has been online since 2008 and has over 2500 registered Customers.
To register and purchase on wirmax.net a VAT Number is required.

In B2B Ecommerce, the Consumer Code does not apply.
By way of example and not limited to, the current legislation does not provide for the Right of Withdrawal and the Legal Guarantee is 1 year.

However, in a collaborative effort with the Customer, we provide a number of features listed below that facilitate and secure the purchase.

Return is defined as the return of one or more new products that were purchased by mistake or are no longer needed upon arrival.

Requirements for Return Request:

  1. Products have never been turned on/used
  2. The products and all their accessories are intact, working, placed in their original packaging
  3. The Net Price of each individual product is not less than 100 (One Hundred) Euro


If all the above items exist, a Return Request can be sent within 8 days from the date of receipt of the goods to info@wirmax.net specifying:

  1. The reason of the Return
  2. The list of products you intend to return and the reference to the order
  3. Whether you intend to receive a refund or leave the amount as a credit for subsequent purchases

Within a few days you will receive an Email response with the outcome of your request and any shipping instructions.

Any authorization for shipment does not imply acceptance of the return, which will be confirmed by Email only after the arrival of the goods in our warehouse and subsequent control of integrity and conformity.

The charges and expenses for returning the product are the responsibility of the Customer.

For all products purchased from wirmax.net, in the event of a manufacturing defect or failure, you can open a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) at rma.selit.it by logging into your account (or creating a new one) and following the instructions given.

Once the RMA request is completed you will be able to track the progress by logging back into your account.

Note:
It is recommended that you carefully follow the instructions given in the rma.selit.it portal when filling out the request.
Do not ship any product before the RMA has been approved or it will be refused.

All products on wirmax.net are covered by the manufacturer's limited warranty.

The rules for warranty and coverage times are stated by the manufacturer of the product purchased and are usually found on the manufacturer's website.

Wirmax.net offers a standard warranty of 1 (one) year from the date of issuance of the Delivery Document.
However, for some products the warranty may be longer than 1 year.
