The WFO-SD-PEx_x-xxx series outdoor fiber optic patch, available in various lengths, is made from a UV-protected PE jacket with a diameter of approximately 5.5 mm, enclosing two armored G.657.A2 9/125 single-mode fiber optics terminated with two LC connectors with UPC.x polishing.
They are available in three different types, each with different terminations and specific uses.
Depending on the type and model, they are available in lengths ranging from 5 meters to 50 meters.
With the use of a special IP68 joint, patches of up to 100 meters can be created.
All cables in the WFO-SD-PEx_x-xxx series can be used to connect Single-Mode Duplex Optical ports with LC-LC connectors or Single-Mode mini GBIC Transceiver ports with LC-LC connectors.

The WFO-SD-PE0_0-xxx models feature both PE sheath terminations up to the LC connectors (paired and non-separable) and are suitable for connecting two devices without a splice tray, ensuring simple installation and complete protection even outdoors.
Using combinations of the three patch types along with the waterproof CON-FO-LC-LC-IP68 joint, it is possible to create optical connections over 100 meters in length in completely outdoor or mixed indoor/outdoor environments.
