TNS-100

 Tachyon Networks TNS-100 is a Layer 2 Ethernet Switch for PoE power and data distribution that complies with industrial temperatures and has VLAN capabilities.

The TNS-100 Switch features 1x 2.5Gbps Ethernet port with PoE in (Max 1A), 4x 2.5Gbps Ethernet ports with PoE out (Max 0.8A each) and 1x 10Gbps SFP+ port.

The PoE in port can be used to power the device while the PoE out ports can provide power supplies to 4 external devices.

For applications requiring more than 1A power, there is a DC jack socket on the front that can be used with an optional power adapter to provide up to 4A power.

TNS-100 Interfaces

• 4x 2.5Gbps NBASE-T ports with software controlled PoE out (max of .8A per port)
• 1x 2.5Gbps NBASE-T port with PoE in (max of 1A)
• 1x 10Gbps SFP+ port
• 1x Jack DC (max 4A))

Management of the TNS-100 is via web interface, SNMP or RESTful API to provide very flexible options for different applications. Management VLANs, VLAN access and trunking are also supported.
The TNS-100 Switch is housed in a compact sheet metal enclosure (133mm x 152mm x 27mm, 710g), has an operating temperature range of - 30°C to 50°C, and can be installed on a DIN Rail using a special Optional adapter.
